Initial: $135 (45 minutes)
Review: $95 (30 minutes)
Investment for a combined appointment - diabetes education and nutrition advice. (This also includes a Continuous Glucose Monitor or a Glucosemeter and glucose strips)
Initial: $240 (1 hour)
Review: $95 (30 minutes)
* You may receive a rebate of $58 or $116 with a Medicare Management Plan from your GP or specialist
* You may receive a rebate from your private health insurance
* After hours appointments incur a $20 fee
