Dietitian & Diabetes Educator
Rebecca Greco

Meet Rebecca, the founder of Nourish

I have always been interested in the relationship between food and health, more profoundly so since losing loved ones at an early age from lifestyle diseases. Having also worked in hospitals and GP clinics and understanding the vital connection between food and health, I was concerned by the lack of support to encourage diabetes remission.

Ever since, my life’s aim has been to nourish and improve the health of my patients. I passionately believe that prevention is better than cure and that good nutrition and a well-balanced eating pattern play such an important role in maintaining our health and wellbeing.

However, belonging to a big Italian family means that food is also more than just nutrients. It’s fighting over the best piece of tiramisu at family events and making pasta sauce from scratch at the beginning of the year with Italian music blaring in the background. Unfortunately, today it’s too easy for life to get in
the way. That’s why my life’s aim is to nourish and improve the health of my patients.”
